At MedPlast, we use a scientific, data-driven approach to develop the optimum processes for your project. Scientific molding allows us to determine the key molding process parameters for your program, thus allowing the control of the correct process variables in manufacturing.
Our process follows a sequence of Bench performance test [BP], Installation test [I], Operational Test [O] and Performance qualification [PQ], to assure a robust documented manufacturing process.
